February Photo Challenge, Day 6: Sleeping Beauties

Today’s challenge to myself was about trying to get a photo of the dogs sleeping together in a room without a lot of natural light, on a grey day, without using a flash. Before the dogs moved. This isn’t a fabulous photo composition-wise, but it was a good exercise in figuring out how ISO, aperture, and shutter speed work together in less than ideal light and quickly. Day by day I’m understanding more, and it gets more automatic. 23 days to go.
